HRV

We can train to influence the rhythm of the heart with HRV biofeedback to manage stress and create better recovery in everyday challenges. More and more people understand the possibility and strength of using HRV biofeedback both for themselves and in client work. That is, a clear educational tool that shows how the rhythm of the heart varies during your day. Through a flexible sensor that reads heart rate variation (HRV), the results are visible directly on a mobile phone or computer. Learn more about HRV training:

The heart beats a different rhythm
When we stress, a “jerky” heart rhythm is created which can lead to ill health and unpleasant feelings such as anxiety, worry, frustration, anger etc. When, on the other hand, we experience calmness, harmony and joy, a harmonious heart rhythm is created which often results in better sleep, recovery, blood pressure, performance, calm etc. By using HRV biofeedback we learn to understand how we can influence the variation and rhythm of the heart to create more calm, harmony and joy in all the challenges of everyday life.

Breathing central
By learning to use our breathing in the right way to influence the rhythm of the heart, we have greater opportunities for better recovery, performance, sleep, blood pressure, joy of life and general health. HRV training is based on teaching the client effective breathing and focusing exercises. The results are visible directly in each biofeedback on your computer/mobile phone.

Measurable tools affect mental illness
This training is aimed at you who encounter mental illness in your everyday life. E.g. worry, anxiety, sleep problems, high blood pressure, tension headaches etc. You may work as a consultant or supervisor for individuals/groups where your role is to support employees/clients manage their stress and create better recovery in everyday challenges. The training gives you concrete tools to measure and support the employee/client to influence their own mental illness.

About HRV training
Hrv training is a concrete measurable measurable concept that follows international guidelines. The concept combines analysis of stress and recovery through long-term recording of HRV, with educational tools such as HRV biofeedback and EKG. The client can train his or her ability to manage stress and create a good state or take support from a supervisor. Through each biofeedback, personal feedback and supervision, the client can find increased understanding and appropriate ways to manage stress and improve their condition if necessary.
