With Pulse Analysis…

… basic behavior (the social self).
… adaptation under pressure.
… adaptation in external/work environment.
The DISC theory is one of the world’s most used tools for creating personal profiles. The theory and model were developed by Dr. William Moulton Marston already in the 1920s. PulsAnalys is based on Dr. Marston’s basic theories regarding normal human behavior in healthy people (Marston. William M. 1928. The emotions of normal people).
Today, the theories are illustrated, among other things, in a model consisting of four factor bars. These have been given the following accepted names:
DOMINANCE (D) – characterizes people who are straightforward, decisive and goal-oriented
INFLUENTIAL (I) – characterizes people who are social, communicative and team builders
STABILITY (S) – characterizes people who are calm, loyal and team players
CONFORMITY (C) – characterizes people who are structured, thorough and professional
We believe that happier employees and customers produce a better result. In many cases where we make efforts, it is about creating changed behaviour. The most important thing is to live and breathe the company’s core values, vision and business concept.
We help companies find their core values if they don’t already exist.
Likewise, vision and business idea.
We then set goals together and develop an action plan to achieve the goals.
After each completed training, each company/participant has a concrete action plan just to follow to the goal and where it’s time to celebrate.
